WHAT WE DO :

We seek out and schedule the speakers for general membership meetings.

We provide a program of an informative or of an entertaining nature at general      membership  meetings.

We make any necessary reservations and schedule a location for each general membership meeting to be secured before the tenth day of the previous month.

We arranges for any necessary items such as a podium, microphone or head table

We send information about general membership meetings to the President to be published in the PACO News and on the PACO website

We prepares a “Certificate of Attendance” to provide to all members identifying the following: presenter(s), topic, credit amount, date and company providing the credit (i.e. NFPA)

We negotiate prices for venues and menus; secure any necessary approval of deposits from PACO's Executive Board; ensure that the PACO tax exempt form is on file with the venue.

May Meetings - are reserved for Paralegal Day which is organized by the Public Relations Committee.

June Meetings - are served for Installation of New Officers.

July Meetings -  are not held due to heavy vacation schedules.
