PACO Membership Announcement

Beginning February 1, 2021 the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio (PACO) will be returning to a 2-in-1 membership. This means that your PACO membership will include membership to PACO and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), and Columbus Bar Association (CBA) Associate Membership will be an optional add-on, details will be posted on the PACO website under membership information.

Members who currently have an Associate Membership with the CBA, that membership will remain intact until their membership renewal, at which time the member would renew their PACO membership and CBA Associate membership separately.  Benefits of the CBA Associate Membership include free legal research from Fastcase, discounted CLE’s, complimentary membership to over 35 substantive law committees, access to the CBA’s new Learning Library, and many local discounts on a variety of services to learn more about CBA Benefits, click here.

With the recent membership vote to add membership categories, the PACO Executive Board has approved the following PACO membership costs beginning on February 1, 2021 for new and renewal of memberships on or after this date:

·$80 Paralegal Member or Paralegal Associate Member

·$50 Paralegal Student Member

·$50 Paralegal Military-Veteran Member

·$50 Paralegal Retiree Member

·$50 Paralegal Member-Out of Region

PACO and the CBA have enjoyed many years of collaboration, and the PACO Executive Board would like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to the Columbus Bar Association for all of their assistance over the years. We look forward to continued collaboration and partnership with program planning with the CBA in the future!
