This engaging session will provide an in-depth look into what it means to be a paralegal across various legal disciplines and work environments. The discussion will be split into two sessions:

• Session 1 will focus on criminal law, featuring paralegal/attorney pairs from both criminal defense and criminal prosecution.
• Session 2 will explore the world of in-house vs. private firm roles, with paralegal/attorney duos sharing their experiences and highlighting the similarities and differences between these environments.
