PACO - Legal Insights Session - May 26, 2022 - Register today!

PACO Program's Committee has been busy coordinating General Membership meetings and Legal Insights Sessions which are held monthly via Zoom during COVID-19, from 12 Noon- 1:00 p.m. We are excited to welcome Lindsey Corbin who is the founder of Delegate.Legal. Lindsey will be speaking to the topic of "Becoming a Freelance Paralegal - How to Create a Business and Other Considerations" for the following:

• Everything that goes into creating a business;
• Your business contract and insurance concerns;
• Being mindful of state requirements;
• Marketing for your business and how to obtain clients;
• Conflicts of interest - is it prohibited in a current employment contract?
• Quality of life and leap of faith to make this your life!

Lindsey Corbin is the founder of delegate.legal, and a trademark industry expert with over 15 years of experience, encompassing both in-house and Big Law. Most recently the Vice President of Contracts and Franchise Administration at Outlier, a private equity firm based in Phoenix, Lindsey has also overseen major international trademark portfolios (including some on the Fortune 500 list), and managed a team of over 15 people to scale in a multiple 6 figure legal services firm.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and an additional certification in Paralegal Studies from Emory University, Lindsey is well equipped to work with attorneys as they grow and scale their businesses and firms.
