Announcing PACO's next Workers’ Compensation Roundtable, unfortunately last month's roundtable did not go forward so we will be discussing the topic that would have been held in April, being The Hearing Process.  We will be discussing the Industrial Commission hearing process and how it has changed since the onset of COVID19.  Please talk with your attorneys for their impressions of telephone hearings and come prepared to discuss the challenges of holding hearings exclusively by phone. 

This will be an interactive session with the exchange of thoughts, tips, and recommendations on how to better and more effectively prepare files for hearing and provide our attorneys with what they need to successfully represent our clients’ interests before the Industrial Commission.  Whether you are new to this practice area or a seasoned veteran, whether your firm represents injured workers or employers, all are welcome and encouraged to attend.
